Hautes Célébrations is the outcome of many years of work, experience and satisfying the needs of clients. Licenced in Food Science and Technology, in computing and also in management (MBA). With over 10 years of experience in IT and management along with about 30 years experience in organizing special events, Mrs. Vincent created Hautes Célébrations in August 2007.

We are there to work with you on creating the cake of your dreams. You can order a cake from an existing design in our cake gallery, our catalogue or we can design one just for you. Let us know what you wish to have and we will create your own personal design with your choice of cake, shape, colors, flavors and finishing touches!

Reservations (bookings) and payments
You should consider reserving (booking) your cake order at least two weeks in advance. Your reservation will be final as soon as you pay a deposit of 20% (you will be asked to pay the total price up front for the cake if you reserve a date less than two weeks before the event).
The balance must be paid at the latest two weeks before the date of the event.
The reservation deposit of 20% is refundable at latest three weeks before the event.
Anytime after the three weeks without payment of the balance, the order can be cancelled after notification to the client.
We encourage you to reserve the date for your cake order as early as you can to assure you our availability.
We often receive wedding cake orders as early as one year in advance.
All of our price quotes/estimates are valid for one month.
You can always contact us for last minute requests and we will tell you what we can do based upon our schedule.
We organize tastings for wedding cakes and other large scale cakes.
At the time of the consultation/cake tasting, a variety of cakes will be offered to you according to your taste preferences. This will be the occasion to taste different flavors and to discuss the overall design of your dream cake! You will leave with some cakes and a price quote for your (possibly) chosen cake (s) and design.
Each consultation costs 50 Euros for two people and is deductable from your cake order. It will last about one hour and can be hosted in either French or in English. The 50 Euros will be deducted from your bill if you decide to order your cake through us!
In order to help us making a proposition to you or preparing for a consultation, please kindly provide us with the following information about your event.
- Date and location of event
- Number of servings (number of people to be served)
- Do you wish to have the cake delivered? If so, what is the delivery address/location?
- Do you have a theme, ideas, or a particular wish in mind for the day of your wedding? (this information will be helpful when designing your cake)
- Have you fixed a budget?
- If for a consultation, which cake flavors would you wish to taste?
- From the cake models in our galleries, which design (or designs) are you most interested in?

It is possible to rent our materials to go along with your cake. For each piece of equipment rented, you will be billed a renting fee and a security deposit. The material must be returned within 72 hours in its initial state. The security deposit will be refunded to you after returning the rented materials in the same condition it was offered.
Hautes Célébrations delivers wedding cakes and other large scale cakes needing assembly to Brussels, both Flemish and French Brabant and even farther out if necessary. In all cases, the delivery price will be given along with the cake quote/estimate depending on the area of the delivery.
For some cakes, the final assembly and/or any last touches will be finished on site at the reception hall. A signature is required upon receiving the cake in excellent condition. We will advise you regarding serving the cake (the dos and don’ts) and storing the cake until the time comes to serve it. Once the cake is delivered on site, Hautes Célébrations will not be held responsible for any accidents or damages to the cake (or cakes).
For the majority of our layered cakes is a requirement for delivery and assembly on site to do. The price of delivery and assembly will be charged in the specifications.
